The Department of Physical Education, Al Hikma is promoting Physical Education and sports on par with regular academics. The Institution has well recognized the value of sports and physical activities as a means of developing personality promoting social harmony and discipline.

The Department provides ample opportunity to the students to utilize their leisure time with physical activities to reduce their stress and inculcate a lifetime physical activity behaviour in their day-to-day education system.

Physical Fitness & Activities

We provide exclusive playgrounds for sports events, and students are highly encouraged to take part in various sports and games competitions.

Physical fitness is not only the most important key to a healthy body but also the foundation of dynamic and creative intellectual abilities. We encourage mass participation in physical activities, which significantly enhances the overall cognitive abilities of our students.

Commitment to the Society

At Al Hikma Arabic College, we believe that true education extends beyond the classroom and into the heart of the community. Our students are actively involved in various social service initiatives, reflecting the core Islamic values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility.

We proudly collaborate with the local Palliative Care Clinic, where our students regularly visit patients, spend quality time with them, and provide essential care and emotional support. In addition to this, our student community takes the initiative in maintaining public hygiene by organizing regular cleaning drives at the local Panchayat office and hospital premises.

Furthermore, we have successfully hosted multiple Blood Donation Camps, contributing to the well-being of our society. Through these activities, we aim to nurture a generation that is not only academically excellent but also socially committed.

Islamic Arts & Creative Expression

The Arts and Cultural activities at Al Hikma Arabic College are uniquely structured in accordance with Islamic values. Instead of conventional music and dance, our arts festival focuses on nurturing creative and intellectual talents.

We provide a dedicated platform for students to excel in Islamic songs (Nasheeds), Mappilappattu, and other permissible cultural expressions, fostering a spiritually uplifting environment.

Literary & Digital Arts

We highly encourage students to showcase their talents in modern digital poster designing as well as traditional drawing and painting.

Our literary competitions are extensive, featuring essay writing, poetry, short story writing, and translation across Malayalam, English, and Arabic languages. Furthermore, we organize public speaking competitions, interactive face-to-face sessions, and panel discussions to build confident future leaders.
